1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tunnel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tunnel is a speed reading application that uses Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) technology to display text content. The App allows users to import content from URLs, paste text directly, or upload documents for speed reading.

3. User Accounts

Tunnel does not require account creation for basic functionality. If you choose to subscribe to Tunnel Pro, you may be required to provide certain information and create an account through Apple's App Store subscription system.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Import content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

5. Content and Copyright

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to read and import any content into Tunnel. The App is designed for personal reading of content you have legitimate access to. We do not claim ownership of any content you import.

6. Subscription and Billing

Tunnel Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
